Hammock nets - supply & installation
Deck hammock nets are supplied and installed with responsibility limited to the product itself and its correct installation. No liability is accepted for injuries, falls, or other incidents occurring in or around the net after installation, except where directly caused by a defect in the net or workmanship, which are covered by our Warranty Policy.
Structural integrity
Where nets are installed onto an existing structure (such as walls, floors, or framing), we cannot take responsibility for the strength, condition, or suitability of that structure. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the structure is safe for installation. If unsure, clients should seek advice from a qualified architect, structural engineer, or building professional. Any issues arising from structural failure remain the responsibility of the client.
Building regulations
We do not provide formal advice regarding building regulations, balustrade requirements, fall protection, or potential trip hazards. Clients should consult a qualified architect or construction professional to ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
